Windows XP is very ram hungry, most people will tell you to run any apps with XP on 512Mb of Ram or more.

XP isn't as much of a RAM hog as most peeps think it is.
My PC at work runs XP pro, and fairly well w/ a P2 384Mhz w/ 320M RAM

But Microsoft will tell you that you only need 256Mb of ram
I personally would'nt dream of running any heavy apps without a minimum of 512Mb of ram but i would rather have 1Gb to be sure :thumbup:
