okay guys i just got this game yesterday (Pacific Fighters) and it is fun :thumbup: ......but i do suck alot i don't have a joystick but i will be getting one soon i hope does a joystick help out in this game?



my main problem is taking off from the aircraft carrier i start up my engine make sure my wings are down and everything but i don't go my plane just sits there so i turn auto pilot on and my plane moves up the aircraft carrier then gets stuck halfway or just falls off the front of the aircraft carrier at abour 10mph so i try turning auto pilot on then off quickly i'm released from whatever is stoping me moving but as i near the end of the carrier i slow down and sorta just go nose first into the water and then the aircraft carrier runs me over once i did pick up speed towards the end of the runway but i still ended up in the drink?


my other problem is landing on a run way once my spitfighter stalled and then got shot up so my engine(i think) got shot up as well as some of my rudders but i did pull up and land it (at the time i did no know how to use my landing gear but i managed anyway without it) but know when i land on a runway i can never do it? do you need the airbrake? what would be the best practice plane? i do use the landing gear now by the way

i can never hit any thing it's the keyboard isn't it i can't just ease onto a target with the keys it always jumps is there aome way to use my mouse for flying i have a steering wheel set do you think that would be better than the keys(i know sounds pretty dumb using a steering wheel)
