You need to install Forgotten Battles, then install Aces expansion Pack.
When you install Pacific fighters, it gives you the option to install as a stand-alone, or as and add-on to Aces Expansion Pack. Install it as an add-on. There is an update available (I think it is 1.03) for PF.
That is where I am at right now.
