small question, I've finally gotten a method down to create transparencies for my sprays, and was wondering if I could combine that concept with an animated spray since they both have to be in a .tga format.

I tried going through step by step with the animated spray tutorial's readme file, but when I get to the point where you run the convert.bat file it keeps yelling at me that
Quote:
Image dimensions must be power of 2!
Error intializing texture hl2/materialsrc/animated/spray.tga
And just dies right there. My images are already 74x74 in dimensions and are titled "spray001" "spray002" and so on up to 005, so I'm stumped on whatall it's not liking... Any ideas? :bucky!:
