hi guys,

Ive just helped a friend install a brand new motherboard, all the cables seem to be in the right place and it has a new 450wat psu

after about 10 seconds of switching the power on it turns iteslf off, this happens both on the bios screen as well as windows loading

any ideas which component is causing it
