The football screen is clearly fake, prolly some intro movie or such.
But the car image is highly possible, if you look closely you won't see anything unseen already in terms of technology.
It's just the amount of detail that is so great.
Just look at the trees, these are "just" sprites, and hell of a lot of em, but it's just sprites.
A similiar thing to those tree shadows was already in RD2.
Reflections and glare are also only existing technology pushed in detail.

EDIT: The only question is: will they really support such detail in real time?
