Nope and you won't be able to do that manually, frequency by frequency, because all you got there are date base and pre made modes (among other tweaks as well) you will probably see a button called "best performance" or "default setup" or any other of that, these are the modes that you can chose. It adjusts the system fully to what ever you have selected, (optimized for best/default or any other) it applies on to frequencies of the CPU and RAM, for over clocking and resulting problems. (By using the "default setup")
Try it if you have those buttons.
