That's your Review? you asked us one question and think you can puplish your own game mag? :dennis:
Well, i quiet enjoyd it. In fact i thought it was better than the DooM3 itself. While DooM3 had to many streches that made it draging in times i wasn't bored with RoE at any moment. It comes with the 1.2 patch which also contains a no CD patch when installed. That's a classic at id Sonftware to drop the Disc check after 2-3 patches.
It also seems that with the new patch the game ran smoother and easier on the hardware. While it still digs ya vid card and CPU it appeared to me that they solved the milifreeze when a door opens. Also the grapper is a fine thing, grap the fireballs of the enemy and throw it right back made me feel like I was playing Puzzle Bobble 3D
The double barrel shoty is a babe, but slow. I highly enjoyd using it but for someone who never have playd DooM2 probably won't see the purpose of it sinse the regular shoty carries more shells and loads much quicker.
All in all if you liked DooM3 you gonna love RoE. Basicly that's what i wished DooM3 would have been rightaway. oh yeah, it#s shorter than the main game. Alot shorter. But maybe that's why it was mad cow fun from start to finish
