Point of order...
You are defending Nintendo's cost of their console because they are losing money on the system.
I hate to break the news, but the Xbox 360, even at $300 is WELL below MS's cost. Gates committed to losing $1 Billion (Yes, that's with a B ) to break into the console market. Last I saw, MS had "Only" lost around $500 Million on the Xbox so far.
So, if the Revolution is selling at a loss for $200, and Xbox 360 is selling below cost at $300, what does that tell you about the hardware in the Nintendo?
And don't try to say that Nintendo is getting better prices, or is willing to lose more $$, because MS could buy Nintendo out of petty cash.
