so okay, heres the deal.

currently im running a real crappy mobo, a Fujitsu siemens D1875, socket 478, chipset SiS 648FX, with 2 RAM slots, a bunch of PCI and one AGP slot.

i heard you are able to pretty easily remove the processor from its place of the current mobo and put it in a brand new mobo without too much trouble. however, i am still quite unsure how these things work. is it really that simple as people say? don't i need anything else for it to make it work?
another thing. i will buy a new mobo because it doesnot live up to my expextations, has odd temperature failures, usb disconnection, and faulty music ports. but i have no friggin idea on what one to take. i need your help on that matter. my demands:

- price around 80 - 100 €
- must have at LEAST 2 RAM slots
- MUST have Dual Channel
- must have at least 5 PCI slots.
- MUST have one or more AGP slot (duh.)
- may be handy with onboard sound...
- optional(proirity: of no importance): old joystick connector
- MUST have alot of USB (2.0) ports.
- must have all the normal connector plug-ins.
- must have <insert YOUR recommandation here>

i'm quite keen in finding a new one, a suitable one.

oh, before i forget, here are my specs:

Proccessor unit: intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz HyperThreading Tech
Mobo: SiS (see pageup)
Vidcard: XFX Nvidia 6800GT 256 MB 333
RAM : 2 X 512mb Corsair XMS XLPro 1024 3200pc RAM modules with Dual Channel (currently disabled, damn mobo), Heatsink, TopLeds, and nice black paint :bangin: -_-
Sound: integrated Mobo sound (!!)
Cardreader: yes
USB: alottoffem!
PSU: 450W Coolermaster Real Power 120 MM fan
MOBO cooler: BIG proccessor cooler with big fantube

if you need additional info in helping me out, please ask.
