''C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Max Payne\MaxPayne.exe'' –developer


Make sure that the ''-developer'' part is on the outside of the quotation marks.

The path is wher the game is installed so if you have it right on C: and not in Program Files
you'll have to work that out.
