O.k. I have found a workaround anyway. When you are starting the game put both the controller and the keyboard on your teams side. Then after the game has loaded and they are about to face off, press esc to bring up the menu. Go to controller setup. Then using the keyboard, you can move the keyboard icon from your team back to the middle. This will leave only the controller enabled. And you can play this cool ass game without the keyboard. I have "nintendo thumb" from playing this game so much yesterday and today
