isn't setting the latency of your sound card to 0 bad? I would think that that must be unstable at times.
Anyways im thinking bout buying a new psu after christmas, probably since i got a crappy one it might be worth a try, will look into 12v@22A or higher.
EDIT: well i tried choupolo's settings and it seems to be good. only get a few stutters in first 10 seconds in dod:s @1280x1024 0xaa and everything else high. Still going to try other games will be back for more.
