70 DEGREES!!! Dude, you really need to either get a new fan or get a decent heatsink/fan. 70 is close to melting point and perhaps the games just push it's load up to a point where it's generating too much heat and resetting.. 70 degrees is nasty, especially with AMD chips. They don't tolerate heat as well as Intel chips do. Try running the pc with the side of the case off, and a desk fan type thing blowing air onto it.

Did you make your PC? If so, did you attach the heatsink properly using the correct amount of thermal paste?

Also, if your room is hot, open the windows.
