Where are you downloading the Demo from?

Make sure IE is not blocking a pop-up. It will tell you if it is by a Picture being Cancelled out in the bottom right corner of your Browser Page. To prevent this from being blocked, when you click the link to download, hold down "Left-Shift Key" then click it.
