Edit: Modifying the cars in gta:sa isn't possible on the ps2. Modifying the content of a ps2 dvd is possible with a modchip. If you want to have the car mod then buy the pcversion of the game for around 20 dollars, or better yet: buy a new game around 20 dollars and have fun with that.
