basicly it's that if TCPA doesn't want you to have certain prgs or hardwares they can just disable it or refuse to let you install it to begin with.
Let's say you got Won Viesta, wich suppose to have it buils in as a suportive part of DRM, and you got a BlueRayRom which refuses to work
with a burning or copy prg like Nero or Alcohol, then you just can't use it anymore. It's not like they let you chose what you want to use or do
on your comp, they preset it and blacklisted tools won't work anymore.
You probably know the "this software is not registered with MS, do you still want to install that prg" message on XP. Imagin the same only it
says it's not registered so fornicate you. That's also why I'm not a big supporter of VIESTA and the next gen of hardware that supports it.
