Well, let's just say it's not unusual to see these temps. They are not ok and I do think you should be getting some better cooling then you have now. Try looking at Zalman for cpu cooling and Artic cooling for vga coolers. Furthermore you should try and get rid of most of the dust inside your pc case. Good luck and let us hear what you did. :thumbup:
