You should replace the standard fans you have now by those I suggested. Standard coolers in general are loud and not suited for people who use the full potential of their pc's for long. Just try replacing one of those fans with a cooler I suggested and look for yourself. You'll be amazed.

Edit: overclocking ofcourse makes the temp go up, and the warmer a gpu gets the more unstable it gets. I do think you should stop overclocking untill you have installed a proper fan.
