ok,

1). Go to 'Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options'.
2). Select the 'Security' Tab.
3). Select each zone followed by the 'Default level' button.
4). Select 'OK'. Close all broswer windows and see if your issues are resolved.
5). If you still have issues it is likely you have spyware or malware altering your settings. Run a full sweep of the system, reboot and try again!
