Hey Guys,
I've been on a PC for ~18 years now - and my hands are now started hurting (RSI, Google it up) -
My suggestions to you:
Keyboard: I haven't found a comfortable, non damaging keyboard yet - I am going to try the logitech LX series and the new Comfort 4000 MS Keyboard
Mouse: Whatever gaming mouse you get, try and get this one: http://www.evoluent.com/vmouse2.html too, for everything you do (I've been using it for a month or two, and you get used to it, haven't given it a go for gaming yet though) - It really relieves the mouse hand...
my 2 cents

Nice to see u posting again. Anyways, listen to me cos it could save ur hands, back and neck.
Keyboards and mice do not mean an awful lot in terms of USA and EU law. What you have to be careful about it your seating arrangement. Buy a nice high desk, a nice chair with spine and neck support and a footrest. Get a gel wrist mat for ur kb and mouse and you will prolong your computing life.
