No,that is not the solution, thanks anyway...I found the cure...FOLDER LOCK is the problem.
windrvnt.sys is file placed in the windows system folder when folder lock is installed

In order to play folder lock must be uninstalled.

The folder lock devs are aware of this problem and say that by next month there should be a fix.
