GRAW for PC just overall sucked from 360 version in Singleplayer, dunno about MP.
So i dunno if thats true for Vegas. There are some engine tweeks and it has some better lighting effects.
But overall Vegas is different game with not much story in it.

But yeah I would agree that Ubi is taking a thing or 2 from EA's book and I hope it dose not continue.
