I used to have a Megadrive/Genesis Mk1, 32x and Mega-CD with 2 massive 6-button arcade joysticks. I had nearly all the 32x games and CD ones... My favourites were SonicCD, especially bonus stage, Thunderhawk, Doom32x and Starwars 32x. Still to this day very good games if you can find the right software.

I had some bad FMV MegaCD titles though. Sewer Shark, Sol Feace, Ground Zero Texas, Jurassic Park, Microcosm, Night Trap and its sequel based in a hotel... which was so bad I cannot remember the title.
