i read somewhere that all 8800 carss are made by one company and the rest buys it from them and put different extras with it. forgot which one but it wasn't Nvidea itself.

[EDIT] my bad. ALL 8800 cards are made by Nvidea. there are no differences between them besides the sticker and boxes of the different brands.
