You shouldn't have taken that literally. The overall package of the PS3 could be compared to the 8800, it specific compound can't. The 1950 is ofcourse nowhere near the 360 but as an package it's performancewise the best comparison. Both next gen consoles have a unified shader structure (the most important part of dx10 to those readers who don't know what it is, google the rest for yourself).
