I have the same problem as Deuteros with an X850XT. The machine doesn't have Shader Model 3.0 so I am guessing that I just wasted several hours of my life installing the ATI Hotfix, installing NET Framework to remove the MS error message then generated, uninstalling CCC to remove the next generated MS error message then reinstalling CCC only to have the game not load?
