Well, I have read somewhere in the download section that it is a ISO file. You need to open that file with a CD burning program able to read such files. Examples of such programs are (of course) "Nero" and "Roxio Media Suite", but if you don't have that stuff you should download free (!) software from the internet. I suggest Alcohol 120%. Use the software to burn a CD / DVD, and run that freshly burned disk. In case it does not autorun, check it for an installer file.
