It seems our paranoid lawyer friend feels threatened by GTA once again. In one of the missions the player is send out to assassinate a lawyer and when he gets to his desk the lawyer says “that the firm supports the second amendment and that ‘Guns don’t kill people. Video games do.’”. Of course this once again was reason enough for JT to file a lawsuit for harassment and now wants to block the game from being released.
