A good audiocard like the X-fi you had takes a lot of stress away from your cpu, gives better framerates and has better quality sound, a win/win situation. A shame that the importance of a good audiocard is way too often overlooked, it completes a system.

There's no denying that the Stacker is great, but I don't see the added value of changing to that instead of the Cosmos. Both have great results and the Cosmos looks way better in my opinion.
