The only real advantage to mouse over Wiimote is the fact it isn't prone to trembling hands or slips that much trough sweaty hands. The Wiimote can be perfectly used if your idea of fun is slashing into some creature at a slow pace in the money and real life absorbing world of warcraft, it will just fail in any type of First person shooter, rts or anything alike.
