You know what though? This sort of thing happens frequently when some executive from company A tries to extract monies from executive at company B by offering exclusivity...

One of these years they might actually learn that the smartest move is to forego any short-sighted financing with such deals in favour of actually getting their demos out there and having many people try them. My point is to really lay some blame upon those who make the deals - Infinity Ward MUST be considered culpable too.
