Microsoft acting like a 4 years old kid, I'm astonished... we may retire our console from Australia if they allow people to modify end user their consoles.

Clearly they mean that if you buy an XBOX, you don't own it, it has a MS logo over it and therefore it keeps being their property, and if you try to run linux over it trough a mod-chip, well you're a criminal.

Nice, they already got Lik Sang to remove all the modchips, now they want laws to backstab them... now just an hint... copying games is illegal, modding a console is nowhere close to be against law.

Do you think MS, Sony and Nintendo are sending Developers Consoles to all the people that are going to get a preview copy for an article? No... and guess what... legal preview copy, no legal developer console... what should I do? Skip the preview... sure!
