You should look for a monitor of Acer. Prices and "performance" differ, so take good inquiries into the specifications of their models. By the way, in case of a 19 inch monitor, you shouldn't go over a resolution of 1280x1024. Accuracy is a matter of just a few pixels, so if the resolution is higher than what is recommended for the size of your monitor, it will be hard to stay "pixelwise".
