I have to disagree that your post is WRONG every PhantomEFX Online game I have and I have every one states that " Certian On-Line Multiplayer Features require Subscription" with the exception of The Card Games one which to play Just card games you do not have to subscribe

It does sound like someone who got caught with thier fingers in the cookie jar

Yes they have had some issues with application errors booting some folks. But NO and I mean NO online Multiplayer games is crash proof, and I would like to know of another game site that has the customer service PhantomEFX does and where the CEO comes into the game and chats with his players
