Sweet, a discussion on a website I never heard off.
Well, since we always love a riot here at Gamershell I went to check out the site and it's games. Graphicly the games seem to meet the demands of simulating a game of poker for instance but only do so barely. I must acknowledge the fact that most gamers that play these games don't have pc's capable of running much better.
The website can be compared to a cheap neon light from the 50's. Long overdue for a remake and it looks like something made with a "make a site in a few easy steps" program.
The support is terrible, I hate companies that immediately place the blame with their consumers if anything happens. It's a delicate technological world out there and things go wrong on both sides. Give your customers the benefit of the doubt and don't let them come to this site to write a small review because they fell they will be censored at yours. Giving customers the advice to "Reboot your pc, modem and router. That should clear it and allow you to log in."on a unable to connect issue is beyond terrible advice
I moved this topic to Kindergarten and left a link in the general forums to direct people to it. I don't think this discussion is childish but there you can pretty much do and say anything without getting warnings or whatever. So feel free to speak your mind
