Yes I agree, the customer should always be right. I do believe this was all a miss understanding that he took too fair. The question in comment was if our game should allow more than one person to play per household, like any MMO we allow as many people per household as willing to pay for accounts. I'm glad this is all taken care of, and I wouldn't have even gotten involved unless he had started listing employee names. The last thing we need is digital harrassment. Have a great day.
