Let's see how well they put up against the AMD 4*** series. Primary tests (3) I have seen so far have been dissapointing.
Nvidia seems to be cashing in on the small crowd off people who buy highend cards regardless of looking at any price/quality performance keeping prices artificially high, they also help to deplete the pc user base even more. The only way that pc gaming will increase in popularity is by becoming accessible to the main crowd and they seem to be doing the exact opposite with their absurd prices.

I agree with you. That is why my next video card will be an ATI model, it is time for Nvidia to teach them that lesson. Why are they not able to see that in the long run, their policy will enable AMD to catch up with them remarkably? Or are they so "arrogant" to ignore that?
@ Interman: it does not seem fair to me, to compare a pre-4000 series model with a high rank GeForce 9 card.
