The thing is though, the gx2 is basically just two 8800gts's glued together. The 9600 is their first "true" 9000 series card.
What I'm curious about is how it compares to using two 8800gts's, two gt's, two gtx's, etc. I think the NDA expires on the 18th, so we'll know soon enough
