You baked it? Lolz, any standard oven doesn't have the temperature required to make something like that work and if it did everything else would burn before the solders would connect properly enough to make it function for long stretches of time.
250 degress celcius might make a solder reconnect if you use a small object and distribute all the heat to the tip, but not in a unconcentrated room like an oven
Still, nice stuff to try. Still got a new one under warranty? Something you tried to see if it functioned for yourself I hope, in the form of an experiment? If this was actually posted on a 360 website it had to be done by someone who wanted to hurt 360's even more, since reconnecting the same solder twice would only weaken it dramaticly
