I've been very surprised with the Hoyle Majestic Chess demo. To tell you the truth, i know nothing about chess and wasn't very excited about this one, but the game is actually very good. It's some kind of mix between a classic chess game and Heroes of Might & Magic. In adventure mode, you have several quests to fill, you must get gold, recruit people for your army, buy artifacts, and so on.
Each time, there's some kind of tutorial in which you can learn some basic chess moves. You must then challenge other kings in a chess game by using the moves you've just learned.
Demo is only 60 MB, so i really advice you to try it and feel free to post your comments here.
