prime

did i realy see you call
sd-single data
and
ddr double data ram
lmfao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first lets try naming them right mk
syncronis dynamic ram = sd ram
double data rate ram= ddr ram
the correct lableing (which you almost never see) for ddr
ddrsd = double data rate syncronis dynamic ram

ddr is sd only instead on sending data out on the down tick of the system clock it sends data out on both the up tick and down tick hence the lable double data rate
it is still sd technology just the next evolution it is not some new and entirely different type of ram in fact what makes it work is a memory controller on the system board or in the case of the 64bit processors on the processor

anytime you want to be schooled on how hardware works just ask me always happy to help

single data rotflmfao
