I searched all over and I can't find a US/EU release date for it.
As for it being slow paced, yes, it really is, but it really is fun to take the time and plan out your scheme. Right now in my save, I'm taking shelter in the house right next to the start of the Allies mission, I've mined 2 doors after you go up the stairs, and there's about 7 Jerrys coming up the stairs. This is gonna be great.
