Found something else.

In the opening section in the field with the dead cows, get close to one of the explosions. (Not so close it kill you ;) )

The way they did the shell shock is way awesome!

[edit] Syanide, if you jump on one of those MG42s before you blow up the first AA gun, you can really pile up your squad. Funny thing is, you realize then that there is an endless number of your teammates. I must killed 30 or 40 of them there and they just kept running up.
