Q: i have finished the file-download. now i click onto the file and onto open .. it decodes the file. but where can i find the file now?! after decoding nothing happens.. and theres no file with the original filename on my drive. can anyone help me?

A: You need to have .zip Files associated with a system application (i.e. winzip)
