Nothing, what were you expecting DMA? Speed binning is usually pretty accurate, the only time a processor does insane OC is usually when it is on the low end of the product line AND the process the chips are manufactured on is doing very well. If most of the CPUs made are able to do ~2.0ghz but the distribution channel requires 1.4-2.0ghz then some of the CPUs labeled 1.4 are able to do ~2.1. Notice the words "some" and "maybe" it is all about luck and you seem to be lacking in luck.
