first of all, why did u fine shay given for?? if it is because of his performance is not good enough, then he should be ok with it as he is a very loyal player. i think u fined him for the wrong reason. plus, ALWAYS praising him to media is also not a very idea, as players don't like to be overvalue as it will put pressure on them. here is a link to one of the most useful FAQ about CM. i know it is for CM4 but almost all of the info in it can be used in CM 03/04. :thumbup:
