A new Judge Dredd vs. Judge Death preview . It gives some good info on Dredd.

Some interesting notes:
- as Dredd you have to obey the law you uphold! Should make for some interesting interaction with NPCs.
- NPC's emotional state tied to the animation system. By watching an NPC's behavior, you can predict what he will do next!
- AI takes into account environmental factors.
- ricochet bullets!

Sounds like the single player experience should be interesting.

The only negative is that the deathmatch is similar to classic Unreal Tournament... Dredd-style.
