oh man this is so freakin funny...

Customer: "So I hold down control, alternator, and delete?"

Customer: "Ok, so I've pressed remote control delete to log on...."

Customer: "I press central-alt-delete to log on...."

Customer: "It still doesn't work."
Tech Support: "And you are typing the underscore character?"
Customer: "Yes. I call it the dash."
