i really i need to get my bios to the newest version, because my pc is overheating and there is a fix for it in the new bios, msi KT400 i have.

but wot i do, i got the msi updater program and it says this. and wots the floppy disk for?

MSI Live BIOSTM is compatible with operating systems like Windows® 98, Millennium, 2000, XP and NT 4.0. The current version supports Microsoft® IE 5.0 and later version only.
